Working as a federal prosecutor in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for almost a decade, she prosecuted claims against businesses and individuals on behalf of the United States, as well as defended the United States in employment, personal injury, real estate, medical malpractice, contract, and landlord/tenant litigation.
She has extensive experience as a trial attorney and litigator at private law firms, and in the wine industry as a Napa vintner herself, providing her with a deep understanding of issues facing wineries, their vendors, neighbors, contractors, and employees, as well as an uncommon combination of perspectives and areas of subject matter expertise.
